If you get knots in the entire hair you should use a scalp protector at first. After waiting several minutes gently untangle the easiest knots with your fingers. Sorry to hear about your problem. My first idea was to cut my hair to donate to locks of love but i wanted to see if there are other ways to untangle my hair first. Get big knots out in the shower itself.
